The dollar is dying (Euro and Amero, rising)
NEW YORK (Reuters) - In the latest example that the U.S. dollar just ain't what it used to be, some shops in New York City have begun accepting euros and other foreign currency as payment for merchandise.
"We had decided that money is money and we'll take it and just do the exchange whenever we can with our bank," Robert Chu, owner of East Village Wines, told Reuters television.
The increasingly weak U.S. dollar, once considered the king among currencies, has brought waves of European tourists to New York with money to burn and looking to take advantage of hugely favorable exchange rates.
"We didn't realize we would take so much in and there were that many people traveling or having euros to bring in. But some days, you'd be surprised at how many euros you get," Chu said.
"Now we have to get familiar with other currencies and the (British) pound and the Canadian dollars we take," he said.
While shops in many U.S. towns on the Canadian border have long accepted Canadian currency and some stores on the Texas-Mexico border take pesos, the acceptance of foreign money in Manhattan was unheard of until recently.
Not far from Chu's downtown wine emporium, Billy Leroy of Billy's Antiques & Props said the vast numbers of Europeans shopping in the neighborhood got him thinking, "My God, I should take euros in at the store."
Leroy doesn't even bother to exchange them.
"I'm happy if I take in 200 euros, because what I do is keep them," he said. "So when I go back to Paris, I don't have to go through the nightmare of going to an exchange place."

I know the dollar is sinking, I know the economy is getting worse, I know the psyop killings are meant for fear and gun
confiscation, but I really think the sheeple are waking up to it all. Maybe it’s only me that is waking up, but I don’t sense the level of fear that they need to pull off the gun grab is present, but then again the sheeple want McCain to save them too.

A mate of mine just got back from India. Over there, everywhere he went they’re not just accepting US $’s now, but Euros & Aussie dollars. Same deal with his stop over in Malaysia. Last week for example, Mitsubishi stopped manufacturing in Oz because our dollar has gone up, the US $ down. Can’t export they said. Ford won’t either & Holden/GM just barely squeezes out a few thousand. US companies based in Oz are making the poor exchange rate statement constantly.
This scenario hasn’t been written up in the press anywhere, the US $ no longer the prime currency of exchange in Asia. A complete surprise.
Like the US a lot. Been there once, many moons ago. So sad to see what’s happening from afar. Things can’t be getting this bad unless it’s deliberate. Done by design. Obviously…

Long ago has the downfall of the dollar been foretold. The yocals and everyday Joes of the world turn their heads and chuckle as they go back to work. Most people didn’t think it would happen, or most didn’t want to believe that the world and routine that they hold dear to their stasis and existence is crumbling and changing. For some the answer is to move to the country that has the dominant monitary value, for others the answer was to change their personal use of money to the dominant value, or to have their bank acounts hold their money in euros instead of dollars so that they have more as the dollar drops and not less. When news of this came my way some years ago, I accepted it and moved on. The steep drop of the dollar is one of the big neon blinking signs signaling the death of america. We wait only for the last few actors on the worldstage to present themselves to signify the Beast’s absolute reign over the earth as is foretold.

I feel that the way to solve the problem of how to prevent a catastrophy from happening is this: surround the CIA with GOD’s Love with all your might and perhaps they won’t be able to use their “11-11” codes on them thar m-kids they punish-trained to do whatever was commanded. Next: ameros and euros up, dollars down as there are more spanish speaking in west than american / canadian english so new oder in order so they think but, Gold is the planetary standard, recognised everywhere.
