Colon cleanse, day five.
Day Five:
First movement at 8:45; black as tar, and first movement since noon of previous day, confirming previous day’s perception that all fecal matter has been cleared. Two days without food at this point, complete lack of hunger. A very easy fast thus far. Drinking a great deal of distilled water as often as the body requires.
Second piece of hard, black, rubbery mucoid plaque disgorged, about six inches in length, with smaller pieces, at 9:45am. It’s exactly like the pictures: long, sinewy and hard as car tire rubber.
On day four, was looking like hammered oatmeal. It was completely visible in the skin and eyes that a deep cleaning was going on. On day five, this appearance has lightened by several degrees and the elation and stamina feelings of days one through three have returned, happily. Drinking several glasses of distilled water every hour, as the body asks for it.
1:15PM: Large, black plaque about 8 inches in length disgorged. Black as asphalt. And this is what our daily nutrition must pass through to get to our bloodstream as food? Gads.
Hours 2 through 6PM: Major disgorgements of mucoid plaque. Hard, rubbery, large pieces in width, ranging from 1” to 2”. This was lining my colon walls, forcing matter to pass through a narrow channel towards elimination. Color: dark brown to black and enough to fill a large beer stein. Wow…
Various hot spots in the ears, shoulders, neck, feet, and elbows, akin to a niacin reaction. Can see small blockages in the web breaking apart and falling downward to the knees and feet. Good etheric shower will get rid of that.
Pulling sensations and hot spots now the norm throughout the day, as the various locales of minor blockages are dissipating. No body odor thus far, just odd metallic tastes from time to time. As I am refraining from using deodorant as a rule anyways—haven’t needed it in two years—this probably isn’t helpful information.
Staying with the best option protocol as outlined in the colon cleanse, strictly. No food in two days, slight hunger pangs around lunch time today, which passed after a few minutes.
The slightly jowly look I’ve picked up in my face in the last year has vanished entirely; skin is a great deal tighter, and my stomach has flattened. Going the whole five days on the fast portion should make quite a nice dent in that few pounds of holiday gut I picked up. Thanks!
This puts a whole new complexion on fasting, to be sure, which I’ve done on and off, since the 1980s, as needs be. In former fasts, which were mainly designed by my self to clear out the blood stream and refuse around the head and shoulders, there was always the battle with the physical elemental over control of the body. Food temptations were always springing up, mental imagery and smell associations being key to such resistance. This time, having had a nice conversation with that dweller on the threshold about how things were going to be this year back around Christmas, there has been nothing but complete cooperation in this whole cleansing department. Having done half a dozen clay baths and a kidney cleanse before doing this colon cleanse, I’ve found a working together attitude from the aspects of my material self generally never given. There are other metaphysical components to the cleanse which must remain private, but all toward a greater integration and cohesion with me, the soul within the body.
Will continue updating this information as it may help or encourage others to “get their house in order.”

Late summer 2006 is when I did a similar 3 day cleanse, I removed a total of 8 feet or mucoid plaque. I still have the films in an old camera, and I will post them on my blogs when I get them developed.
Mine was more of a dark olive green, not exactly black, but it was rubbery and hard. And this stuff STINKS to high heaven. Sorry to be crude, but it does work, and I’m quite pleased that you have been able to do this one. I’ll be doing this particular brand this time around, and see if I can drop the rest of my weight. Betcha I will. ![]()

what is the source of mucoid plaque?
happyjim - 12 02 08 - 20:29
Source of mucoid plaque is the American Diet of processed foods and cooked food, heavy meat eating, etc…

DB, what was the other cleanse you were looking at? Was it as comprehensive as the 21 day blessed herb one ?

Between the ones in the stores and online over a dozen. This cleanse and one other, seemed to be the best. So far, the blessed herbs seemed to deal with it in terms of a proper fasting schedule, or a non-fasting schedule. Many of the store brands were just magnesium washes with little else. This is the only cleanse i’ve ever done that i can feel a definite pulling sensation all over my body, as well as with various hot spots indicating deep breaking up of matter as well as a concentration of applied heat, as dicated by the etheric web. Donna has a link to one that does it in three days, tho.

Below is an excerpt from Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management by Dr. Bernard Jensen, DC, ND, Ph.D.
“The heavy mucus coating in the colon thickens and becomes a host of putrefaction. The blood capillaries to the colon begin to pick up the toxins, poisons and noxious debris as it seeps through the bowel wall. All tissues and organs of the body are now taking on toxic substances. Here is the beginning of true autointoxication on a physiological level. This accumulation can have the consistency of truck tire rubber. It’s that hard and black.”

I am so pleased to read you are getting results. I am more convinced to do this. One needs to be around the house and not out and about too much it seems.

I know when there are going to be periods of heavy movement and yes, make sure one is nearby. Long trips are out during this cleanse. The black stuff is gone as of yesterday, now its mainly lightish tan, still rubbery, and synewy. Nearing the end of it today. Mostly, 95% went out yesterday evening, day 5 on the schedule, day two, of the fast portion. Feeling great. no urges for food, which is new.

The one I did was a 3-day cleanse. It too, consists of fasting. There are the 3 meal replacements, which contain the palm oil fiber. The PALM OIL FIBER is what loosens and breaks off the plaque.
I mention it on my February blogs. Go to DB’s links and click on MessiahMews blogs. It’s Feb blogs.

By providing these for others, it enables me to be able to buy the cleanses for myself.

My (ex) wife was un-able or, unwiling to take her Mother’s instruction and, not resort to “hamburgerhelper” and other stuffs like that so, I refused to eat it after reading the label; she refused to take me shopping after that. I’ve not been a heavy meat eater and have not eaten lots of processed foods as a rule, was juicing all veggies for awhile then MOW, meals on wheels started delivering processed junk`n`I got tired of chicken, swiss steak, cabbage roll, fishsticks, lamb, pork and started giving it away, eating rice-noodles w/tofu and Amy’s organic produced whole food dinners_and_distilled water. I thot San Diego was putting Floride in, a long time ago, just now doing it, no thanks. Perhaps the hernia is from mucoid plaque anyway. guilty.

When I said,”Get out there and lick the streets”, I did not mean that you were expected to get down and literally lick the asfault! Hee, hee.

Don, there must be about a hundred different things going on, on that one 100 square yard high dessart area above Cathedral Valley, the first being picture taken, second, some posing some not, most lower 4-d unaware of camera-person, one seems bent on strangling mate while heads look on, one objects, most do not, lying down dog looks pained but more dead than alive and many others trying to see what McGinty sees. (He’s leaning against an old dead tree at the extreme right – end of high plain point.)
