Colon Cleanse: Day 7
Day 7: Valentine’s day and four days without any food. Major disgorgements this morning, as the body continues to empty the alimentary canal of any waste and waste distilled from the blood stream. The morning “sagging face” people in middle age have after a night’s sleep is gone. Skin tone tight even after a night’s sleep. Increased the digestive stimulator portion of the cleanse last night from one capsule to three, just to speed up the clearing process in these final 48 hours of the colon cleanse.
The “love handles” on each side have vanished, thanks to the body having to seek out nutrition from the fat cells, which is a wonderful thing about fasting. Nutritionists and those who understand have always known that for a deep blood cleansing, a 3 to 7 day fast is necessary in order to truly put things in order as they should be. Combined with the colon cleanse the results are simply spectacular.
Have been zapping daily since the beginning of the cleanse to see how that all goes with it. So far, so good.
By night, all eliminations have ended. The cleanse is over. What a difference in every thing. There is a post cleanse protocol to be followed and will follow it.
