What Caused the Great Depression of the 1930's?

When you carefully read the article linked below, it becomes quite apparent that certain BANKING and TRADE decisions were made that actually made conditions worse, not only in the USA, but worldwide. These decisions with banking rates, trade tariffs, and an increase in taxes, all combined to keep making matters here and abroad WORSE, rather then better. Having spent a lifetime studying the causes of the great depression, it was always apparent to me that this was an engineered event, a kind of profit taking, or wealth grabbing, if you will, by the Super Rich, from the average man, woman, and child. And what woe followed that decade? Millions displaced, killed off, their homes, lands, farms, and livlihoods shattered forever.

And, it's happening all over again.
