Food choices

You know, when you really look at what provides the best nutrition for our bodies as far as vegetables, toothpaste, etc, you find that they are all missing from the grocery store shelves. Looking over a list of available leafy green vegetables the average person can buy and its mainly low mineral, high sugar type greens. The really good stuff that has a high vitamin and mineral content - kale, bok choy, young coconuts, etc, - can only be found at farmer's markets or organic stores. The things you can find in abundance are high in sugars and low in minerals and fiber, like potatoes, carrots, etc,

When you take a good hard look at what is best for our bodies and what is generally made available to us, organic or not, it simply isn't there. You have to seek it out and pay extra.

At least in Southern California...

When you find that Kale and Blue-Green algae have four to six times plus the fiber and mineral content of its nearest neighbor on the list, but are unable to find it anywhere...see it?

That has to be intentional.
