Going Raw...
It really has made quite a difference in the lives of my family, and so very quickly. If you want to see the changes in other people who have chosen a raw food paradigm shift, check out these following images.

As stated previously, we can see and feel the difference in our teeth.
I follow a protocol of 3s in my smoothies. One part chlorophyl; one part fats; one part fruits. Keeping everything in balance. Once this is achieved, I then add the following to each and every smoothie.
spirulina: 1 teasp
maca powder: 1 teasp
cacao powder: 1 teasp
aloe fillet gel: 1 ounce
vegan protein powder: 2 ounces
goji berries: 1/4 cup
bee pollen: 1 teasp
flax seeds: 1 tblsp
like that.
If I happen to have a great deal of bok-choy or kale in the drink, I add a tablespoon of raw honey to molify the bitterness of the smoothie, which is mainly for the boys. We do these smoothies at least twice a day.
Be advised: First thing, your body will start an immediate detox, and you'll see it at once in your skin, eyes, and stools. You'll feel great and ooky, both at the same time, mainly because once you go raw, your body then starts dumping a lifetime of junk and poisons from everywhere at once. This is actually a good thing and if you can see it as so, you'll understand those weird changes and smile through them as a natural healing process.
Also, you teeth will feel stronger in your gums and start to regain their color. Your body odor will after a week (depending upon how toxic you are to begin with), completely disappear.
Of course, your food interests will also change, as old food habits and cravings die out.
For example, my sons always use to snack constantly between meals, usually on non-sugar items, as I don't buy junk food to begin with. Once we started on raw foods, they immediately stopped hitting the pantry every hour. See, it's the cravings for natural vitamins and minerals that cause snacking binges anyways. Once the body has these in abundance, the old cravings vanish at once. After one week, I pointe out to my sons, that, hey, you guys stop snacking. Oh yeah, imagine that... BIG smiles.
Best wishes on your journey to health.
